At AURUM BRIDGE FZCO we take the secure and compliant delivery of precious metals seriously. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the packaging, shipping, insurance, and delivery of gold and related products to our clients.
 

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to clients within the United Arab Emirates and to select international destinations in accordance with local and international regulations.

  • International shipping is subject to customs restrictions, import/export laws, and due diligence requirements. 
     

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All shipments are processed only after full payment and verification of KYC/AML compliance.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 14 Business days of cleared payment, subject to product availability and regulatory approval.

  • Clients will be notified once their order has been dispatched and provided with tracking details (where applicable).
     

3. Packaging & Security

  • All gold products are securely packaged in tamper-proof, sealed containers.

  • Discreet packaging is used to ensure privacy and reduce security risks.

  • Shipments are handled by licensed logistics partners and security carriers specializing in precious metals transport.
     

4. Shipping Methods

Depending on the destination and value of the shipment, we may use:

  • Secure Armoured Transport (for UAE deliveries and large orders).

  • Reputable International Couriers (FedEx, Brinks, Loomis, Malca-Amit, or equivalent).

  • In-Person Collection: Clients may also choose to collect directly from our Dubai office by appointment.
     

5. Insurance Coverage

  • All shipments are fully insured up to the value of the product until delivery or client collection.

  • Insurance ceases once the shipment is signed for at the delivery location or collected in person.
     

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges vary depending on destination, order value, and method of transport.

  • Costs will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation.

  • For high-value shipments, specialized handling fees may apply.
     

7. Customs & Duties

  • International clients are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country.

  • We provide all required export documentation in compliance with DMCC, UAE Customs, and international trade laws.
     

8. Delivery & Liability

  • Deliveries require an authorized signature upon receipt.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, regulatory checks, or courier issues outside our control.

  • In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will work with our insurance provider to resolve claims promptly.
     

9. Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Countries under international sanctions or embargoes.

  • Destinations where the import of gold is prohibited by law.
